About the Team
The Managed Services Provider (MSP) team at Nutanix is focused on delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to service providers across the Korea. This dynamic team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creativity, fostering a culture where experienced professionals operate independently while also supporting one another. The mission of the MSP team is to enhance the delivery of Nutanix's cutting-edge technologies in the managed services landscape, ensuring that Service Provider partners receive the support and resources needed to succeed in a competitive market.
You will report to the Hiring Manager for CSE Director in the APJ. The work setup for this role is hybrid, allowing flexibility in where you work, with expectations of being in the office for part of the week.
Your Role
The Service Provider for Nutanix Cloud Service Providers is responsible for driving technical alignment, solution adoption, and revenue acceleration across Nutanix’s strategic service provider ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between partner enablement, technical sales execution, and field SE support to ensure Nutanix solutions are positioned as the preferred platform for service provider use cases.
● Provide technical Presales support to MSP sellers and partners, addressing inquiries and facilitating solutions.
● Conduct proposal development and sizing based on partner data to drive business initiatives.
● Organize and manage proof of concepts (POCs) and demonstrations for partners.
● Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to develop comprehensive technical strategies.
● Build and maintain strong relationships within Service Provider partner networks to foster community engagement.
● Work with the Nutanix Korea SE Manager to drive field pre and post-sales alignment and engagement with Service Provider partners.
● Invest time and effort to learn new technologies to help our Service Provider partners adapt their solutions and integrate your knowledge into their efforts
● Achieve set performance metrics and contribute to over-quota results in managed services offerings.
● Support team growth by identifying the need for additional resources based on workload and performance.
● Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by experimenting with new technologies and processes.
● Partner with sales teams to drive technical wins on the largest 10 service provider deals in the region.
● Own the technical strategy, architecture design, demos, and proof-of-concepts for these opportunities.
● Deliver structured enablement sessions for the Service Provider partners, covering:
● Deal Registration best practices.
● Sizing & Quoting using Nutanix tools.
● Demo Readiness – how to position and deliver compelling demos.
● Certification Attainment – coaching partner SEs through Nutanix technical certifications.
● Build repeatable enablement assets and labs for partner SEs.
● Engage with C-level and technical stakeholders to address concerns, build trust, and ensure Nutanix is positioned as the long-term platform of choice.
● Act as the go-to technical expert for Nutanix field SEs engaging with MSPs in opportunities.
● Provide enablement sessions, technical Q&A, and solution guidance to ensure consistent MSP positioning.
● Support cross-functional collaboration with Product, Alliances, and Channel teams.
What You Will Bring
● A minimum of 10 years of presales experience in the Service Provider space and 15+ years of overall customer-facing technical experience are required.
● Subject matter expertise in one or more relevant technology disciplines to establish credibility with technical leaders.
● Strong Cloud, networking, and virtualization skills.
● Experience with public cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Azure.
● Solid understanding of VMware vCloud Director and/or vCloud Foundation
● Knowledge of storage technologies and multi-tenancy architectures.
● Familiarity with automation, scripting, and application blueprinting technologies
